This is a summary of our Returns Terms and Conditions. Please refer to our General Terms and Conditions of Business here which contains our full returns and general terms and conditions.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER:

How do I return an item?

1.Visit our Return Portal and follow the instructions provided. Please have your Order Number and Postal Code ready to complete this process. This was sent to you in your Order Confirmation email.

2.Once you have completed the return steps on screen, select your return method and download the returns label provided.

3.Attach the provided label to your return package and drop it off at the nearest drop off point.

Once your package begins transit you will be able to track the progress of your return via the Returns Portal. As a reminder, it can take up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed.

RETURNS POLICY:


Our Return Process is simple. If you change your mind about the goods you have purchased, you can return your merchandise up to 90 days from the date of despatch of your package.

Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.

It can take up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed. We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. If an electronic refund is not possible, we will process your refund by cheque. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.

All return charges are the customer's liability.

This return policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law to receive a replacement or refund for a major failure of the goods and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Important Information:

1.Personalised items are non-returnable. A refund will only be permitted if the garment is faulty, damaged or wrong. We accept no responsibility once a replica shirt or short has been printed, if a player leaves the team and/or their team number changes, or if the badge changes in the future.

2.We are unable to return any products which by reason of their nature cannot be returned (for example, underwear/swimwear due to hygiene reasons) or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
