1. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is despatched you will receive an e-mail with the tracking details for your order.
Standard & international orders are sent via Australia Post e-Parcel.
Express are sent via Star Track.
2. When will I receive my order?
Please consult our Delivery page for delivery time-frames and information.
3. Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately we do not have any physical stores to visit as we are an online retailer only. We currently do not have the facilities to allow for collection from our warehouse for any orders
4. Can I change or add to my order after purchasing?
No, unfortunately we cannot make any changes or add items to an order once it has been completed online. Our order processing is both speedy and automated which means we cannot change an order
5. Can I place a phone order?
Due to privacy and security reasons all orders must be completed online, our consultants are unable to process phone orders
6. What if the item I bought does not fit?
We accept the exchange of garments for different sizes, providing they meet our rules of return. Please note that personalised items cannot be returned. For more information please visit our Returns page.
7. What happens if my order is faulty, damaged or incorrect?
In the event that there is something wrong with your order, we will happily rectify this for you as quickly as possible. Please contact our Customer Service Team and be sure to include any photographic evidence of damage/faults as this may speed up the process.
